What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each of our charters comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Depending on the service, inclusions may differ — with sunset cruises offering appetizers and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and options for business-oriented dining.
When should I make my booking?
To ensure availability, we suggest securing your reservation 2–3 weeks beforehand, or even earlier during the high season, which is from May through September. For business functions or private celebrations, aim to book 4–6 weeks prior to allow for customization and to guarantee the best choice.
What is the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Our primary concern is your safety. If the captain determines the weather to be hazardous, we will propose an alternative date for the charter or issue a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather forecasts and will inform you 24 hours before the set sail time if the weather seems uncertain.
May I bring my own snacks and drinks?
Certainly, you are more than welcome to bring personal food items and drinks on board. We also provide excellent catering services with customizable menu options to suit your taste. For safety reasons, we do not allow glass containers on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility issues?
We aim to cater to all our guests’ needs. Some of our watercraft have better features for easier access than others. To ensure the right fit, please reach out to us with your specific requirements when making your reservation, and we will guide you to the most appropriate yacht and arrange any necessary conveniences.
What is your policy on cancellations?
If a reservation is canceled more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. Those cancelled within 24 to 72 hours receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time are not refundable, unless it is due to us, due to either unsuitable weather conditions or mechanical problems.
